I’ve been designing products for about 15 years: search, connected cars, banking apps, network security tools, and lately a lot of AI. The industries keep changing, but my job as a designer hasn’t. I figure out what people are actually trying to do, then make complex workflows feel simple.

Most of my career has been on small teams shipping v1 products. I’ve learned to work closely with engineers and PMs, test early and often, and drop ideas that don’t work for real users.

Over the past couple of years, AI has changed how I work. I now prototype and build with tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and I’ve been shipping my own AI projects to learn what makes these products useful rather than just impressive.
